Popular Italian Food Besides Pasta and Pizza

Italy is a country that has very diverse culinary choices. There are many typical Italian dishes that are well-known in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. Because it tastes delicious and delicious, many Indonesians like Italian specialties.

1. Bruschetta

3. Ribollita

Ribollita is a popular soup in Tuscany and is a vegetable soup thickened with bread instead of meat. In Tuscany, this ribollita is a special dish in autumn with a vegetable taste that gives a spicy sensation even though there is no meat available (for the traditional version).

This soup is made from bread and vegetables. At that time, bread was chosen over meat because it was cheaper and more widely available for hundreds of years in rural Italy.
